LAKE LIONS CLUB The Willow Lake Lion's
Club celebrated their 40th Anniversary on Nov. 9, 2005. The
Lions Club was organized in 1965 and currently has 35 members.
They are responsible for many activities throughout the year, including
the Annual soup and sandwich dinner, Lions Club Fishing Tournament,
& 5th and 6th grade Basketball tournament. They hold fund
rasiers for the Willow Lake Swimming pool, Youth sports, the SD Lions
Eye Bank and Leader Dogs for the Blind.
The Lions Club meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month at the Willow Lake Lounge. The WL Lioness has disbanded, all former Lioness members are encouraged to join the Lions. Every one is welcome. Events: For more information |
